Poonam Chopra

Poonam Chopra is the Senior Director of Total Rewards for Africa, Middle East, and South Asia (AMESA) at PepsiCo, where she’s been for over six years. She is the Lead of Total Rewards for Africa, overseeing approximately 13,000 employees across South Africa, Botswana, Nigeria and Ethiopia. Additionally, she heads up Employee Benefits & Wellness COE for the AMESA sector, with a presence across India, Pakistan, Africa, UAE, Egypt and Saudi Arabia. In this capacity, she partners with market TR leaders in policy reviews, re-designs, strategy articulation, and the design/execution of large critical projects such as Flexible Benefits and Total Rewards Optimizations.
