Zofia Bajorek

Zofia Bajorek is a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute for Employment Studies, where she has worked for six years. Her work focuses on the health and well-being of the working-age population and “good work,” be that through analyzing specific health conditions and the impact these can have for employers and employees alike, or broader research evaluations into practices developed and implemented to improve employee wellbeing. Zofia has written a number of books and book chapters on these topics, and has been featured on HR Magazine’s Most Influential Thinkers List for the past two years.
