Organizations are increasingly taking action to ensure that everyone has equal access to recruitment, development and opportunities. In the past decade, we’ve made great strides in ensuring equal pay for equal work and protecting people from discrimination based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, race or disability. But there are still many obstacles to achieving these goals at a global level. And there are larger questions of financial inclusion and digitization that no one person can answer.
