Tim Becker

Based in the U.S., Tim Becker is a freelance journalist. Inspired by his drive for learning and his passion for making positive change, Tim has pursued journalism from a young age. He has written for local publications like the Go Riverwalk Magazine, Coffee or Die Magazine, and has produced podcasts for Florida Atlantic University. In his free time he also has his own newsletter called Mind the Tab Count where he highlights different internet deep dives he’s gone on. 

His first paycheck: “My first official paycheck came from a part-time job at a local Renaissance festival. I made $70 dollars a day with a few tips here and there. On top of it being the most money I’d ever had at that point, it was also an incredibly fun and rewarding job that shaped my approach to work from then on.”
